  quality and condition of new 45's were the issue here. communication with seller was there but they only offered me to return all the copies (of the same record) and leave me with nothing I originally came for. so the problem is quality control and recourse. unfortunate because 4 of the copies are dish warped and one is full of crackle as if it were attempted to be flattened without proper cleaning first. asked for a small reasonable compensation but was denied. too bad.

  As soon as the buyer contacted me claiming there was damage to the records I offered a full refund. To issue a refund I needed them returned so I could send them back to the label for a refund on my end. He refused to return them or even open an eBay case. If the records are defective why has he decided to keep them instead of returning them for a refund? Regardless I am always willing to offer a full refund if an item is damaged or defective.
