    I’ve tried to get a hold of the seller for information and for help try to call never could get through. If you cannot get a hold of the person that you are buying from for information or help then that person should not be allowed to sell anything unless they can respond within a day of time

    We have no calls from this customer nor any emails?? As far as we are concerned he never reached out?? So we are trying to contact him to ascertain what actually transpired? That having been said he is past the return window. And if it continues to be volatile that is probably the reason for the negative feedback...
