Item was already packed damaged by the manufacturer and shipped in original packaging (poor factory quality control). Figure was originally secured with plastic protector and the box was opened by me only briefly for identification, without taking the item out of the protective cover, so it is not touched by hand.

Buyer wrote this at the beginning: "Unfortunately the tail has broken of this pony during shipping" and this when I wanted to clarify the issue and made first proposal: "I do not doubt your honesty, I never questioned it."
Buyer kept this case open and forced a decision by ebay, which gave me no chance of any refund or reaction to the problem. I offered a refund of the original price which was not accepted. Buyer demanded repayment of taxes automatically collected by ebay and paid to ebay UK.

I was polite through out and only ever requested that we follow the ebay guidelines. That we both agreed to when we used the site. You kept asking to do things outside of policy. I may remind you the case was concluded in my favour.
