Horrible experience. Package was not shipped as stated in the listing.Was told by seller it arrived. I looked everywhere for it. Only for it to be delivered arrive 2 days later. Thanks for wasting my time.

Customer had unrealistic Postal Service expectations. I did everything right as a seller. Item was shipped with LetterTrack tracking number. Customer received updates...AND she received her package in a timely manner. I did not tell her when it arrived...LetterTrack and Post Office scanning told her that. I cannot be responsible for where, when and how Post Office scans items once I have shipped them out. I stand on ALL my other excellent customer feedback. :-)

This very patient and understanding customer was one of the first that I used LetterTrack tracking labels on. It was a learning curve for me, but I am wiser now and the tracking service is working great! LetterTrack is proving a very reliable way for me to ship flat envelope items that the Post Office does not provide tracking on;-)
