  Unfortunately, Fed Ex damaged this golf club. I was securely packaged in a box and then covered in water proof polymailer. The club arrived completely broken in half! I refunded buyer immediately and I filed a claim with Fed ex buyers behalf.

  Unfortunately this item sold the day before this buyer purchased and I forgot to take the listing down. I immediately canceled the buyers order and refunded them. Maybe the negative review was a mistake?
