Quick shipping. Good packing. Very nice trauma/first responders bag. It could use a few more internal compartments, but overall, it's well made & well laid out. I recommend using lots of zippered pouches to pack things like bandages & medications in. The pack definitely has plenty of room for any & all medical equipment you would need in a field environment. I particularly like all the web strapping on the outside. Allows for easy attachment of bulky items & pouches.

BLUF: As an ex-Army Special Forces Medic with combat trauma treatment experience in Vietnam, this is a great medium-sized trauma bag for the price. It is ideal for a vehicle or range trauma kit. Semi-stowable back pack straps and a belly band make it easier to carry if you have to hump it any distance. Two full-sized zippered main compartments, 2 zippered half-pouches on the front; top grab handle; compression straps. Only gripe is the ad states it's nylon - it's labeled polyester. Recommend it
