In the past, these socks would have been knitted in wool but now they are made with strong and durable synthetic wool. In Turkmenistan today, these slippers are regularly given as gifts for weddings, birthdays and celebratory occasions.

    Cheshka slippers are light and comfortable making them perfect for traveling. The slippers might feel a little tight initially but they will stretch slightly and shape to your foot.
