Unfortunately the plugs that this company sent on the cable was NOT an Australian plug at all, as it does not go into any of my power points . The American side of things not a problem. I have spoken to seller and they have agreed to reimburse me a total of what I paid in the beginning for this heater. I actually bought 2 cables from them both do NOT plug in to an Australia socket, well not in my home anyway.. I have posted the cables back to the seller already.
