ASUS Desktop Motherboard M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AMD - No CPU Included

This motherboard was working right, some old boards do not
I was able to load hard drives from XP to seven and even windows 10, which behaved with its problems but eventually stabilized. This is a DDR3 board which make it modern enough. I am exploring putting in a one gigabyte ram module to see if it will format windows 98 but I don't have that piece of ram yet. Loading operating system has to be the through method of changing the boot priority in the bios and then using F8 key to choose the CD-ROM to load your disk. I like boards that do the procedures properly and can expected every time to do those procedures and not foul up. A board going bad with object to reformatting because it is getting weak, this board was good.

The card I bought is quiet, mine was old and a little noisy
Its November 2016 and I jus got an asus board upgrading from an asrock. The video cards can tell the difference, they get demanded upon. Now a day it seems to me that a 2gb card is basic for two monitors and DDR4 set up on LGA2011. I have to do some thing cheap on my setup and cards are carried over from my last setup. It is always a good idea to get SLI or Crossfire in case technology demands more video. That is a plus for this card. Two of these is Ok for basic internet with video watching, web surfing, you don't have to activate crossfire, just have two cards in the slots. I still use VGA monitors and these cards do that with adaptor, just don't mess with HDMI at all. These cards have a very tight heatsink with very fine fins, you must use canned air every month about to keep a layer of dust from blocking air. The visual quality is very, very good, just being able read a page and have sharp lettering. I have been a fan of XFX since the 9600 GSO 768 card which had a lifetime warrantee. I will tend to trust XFX as a good card. I am going to upgrade when I can afford it to a 2GB card that will run VGAs in 2017.

it beats my sva vga
good, this runs best by not using the vga cable but using at least the HDMI port. My video cards don't have display ports.
