Renault Trafic Van Front Floor Mats (Rubber) to suit 2016 2017 models

Reasonably cheap for OE mats, light weight and good looking, but...
These are really thin, and more of a flexible plastic than 'rubber'. They're qute hard and are actually beginning to show scratches and wear after only 4000km. They're obviously a 'factory' product and fit the Renault mounting lugs with a snap, but it's quite easy for them to come loose - you have to be a bit careful getting in and out to avoid this. Not really a satisfactory mounting system for a commercial vehicle. They cover the driver side up and over the still trim, but oddly the passenger side stops short. The shallow design also means they don't really catch dirt or spills - they're just to stop you wearing out the original flooring.

Love it - works great with Scalextric etc.
Upsides: All diecast construction. Has holes in base to allow a car to be held on with screws. Working suspension, ramps and landing gear. Open centre allows slot car guides to hang through. Downsides: Odd looking wheels for a trailer - they aren't really convincing 'mags' - just look toyish. Better still would have been some 'steelies'. The drawbar is too short, and the coupler hole is too small and the surrounding metal is too thick to hitch up to modern Siku or older Britains vehicles. Given this oversight I think they should have included a coupler that can be screwed to your chosen tow vehicle. It looks a bit silly just sitting there without one, though that's not a major hassle for the model builder. Top tip: You can cut the securing section out of a slot car case base, screw it to the provided holes in the trailer, and have an awesome slot car trailer that secures you car with the original fixings. Tow it with a 1/35th Orlandoo R/C Ford F150.

Nice - exactly 1/64 scale.
Very nice, but all plastic model. Exactly 1/64 scale so sits well with high end 1/64 diecast, but you would need to do some paint detailing.
