But for the excellent delivery time the courier was very poor and I would consider changing them. The packaging was very second hand (box was open and falling apart) - I was assured by staff at the collection point that this was how it was delivered. The courier also offered poor tracking information, it remained on ‘despatched’ moving no further even after being delivered.

Great communication and handling of the issue, followed all ebay protocol regarding returning the incorrect helmet. Helmet came without its manufacturers box just wrapped in bubble wrap, would have liked to see better protection while shipping given the cost but alas it arrived good. I opted to pay for faster shipping and UPS was outstandingly quick! Happy to have my helmet, thanks for a smooth experience.

The item shipped from the UK and got to the US very quickly. One thing that I wasn't happy about is that the original box did not come with the helmet, even though the tags were attached to it; leading me to believe that this helmet may have been non the floor and the box was lost. They did, however, include a pin lock for the visor without my request, which helps me overlook the lack of original packaging.
