Aircraft Accident Analysis by Walters, Sumwalt III
If you’re looking for morbid accounts of airline tragedies, this is not the book for you. This book reviews civilian and military aircraft accidents with a view to promoting air-safety. It recounts the crew’s actions immediately prior to the accident, relays what was captured on the CVR/FDR during the accident, discusses rescue/recovery efforts, NTSB/military investigation, recommendations submitted to the FAA and gives an analysis of what the airline industry/military did to correct the problem.
I’m not a pilot and I have never worked in the airline industry. I was able to learn a lot from this book. I would recommend this research to anyone with an interest in the subject, who is not part of this industry.

Good little phone. Simple and practical.
1 of 1 found this helpful This phone served its desired purpose of simplicity and practicality. A red phone was the original desire but those are more expensive. So, I remembered that Nokias are very flexible with their cases. I bought this reasonably priced, used phone, changed it's cover to red and problem solved.
The only drawback is that because it's not a flip-phone, the buttons are constantly accidentally pushed, be it while in your pocket or purse. This causes you to make phantom phone calls that use up your minutes and your battery. I don't want to lock the keys since it may be of need in an emergency. Rock and a hard place if your battery is going to run out anyway.
Also, I can't always hear the person I'm talking to very well. But I know that if I want a better phone, I need to purchase something more expensive. Again, this phone serves it purpose well. Simplicity and practicality with the ability to choose your color.
That's what I asked for. That's what I got. =)

Great testament as to why large familes are a blessing.
1 of 1 found this helpful Even though the father was a closet atheist and the mother was a closet feminist, this family showed the blessings of having a large family. Even the hardships don't outweigh the joys. The authors were witty and kept you wanting more. You get to cry and laugh out loud at the many antics of not just the kids, but the parents as well. All and all, this was a great little book!! It was thoroughly enjoyable.
