Pleased i found these DVDs. Training next to World & Olympic Champions!!!
Can't rate these DVDs highly enough. I bought the Sprinting DVD first (see other review) and recently added the Road Race, Climbing and Time Trial DVDs to the collection. i've tried out all sorts of spinning style videos over the years like the Chris Carmichael train right sessions, Epic Rides, Spinervals and the Sufferfest. 3LC is the new kid on the block. None of them have helped my cycling out more than the 3LC DVDs. I actually look forward to a session. They're incredibly well structured and are as hard as you make them. It feels like i have my own British cycling coaches in my living room! Once i'm back on the road after winter i know the 3LC training will pay off. The 2014 cycling season can't come quick enough for me! My advice would be to give it go. stick at it and use a selection of the DVDs together to add variation. They all compliment each other very well. A big thanks to 3LC for diving in and creating something different.

Best cycling training aid I've found. Train with the Manx!
I've been cycling all my life for fun and in competition. For the past 5 years i've been using an exercise bike and more recently a turbo trainer. The trainer has been great to stay on top of my fitness, keep the weight off and works well when i can't get out on the road. Over that time i've tried out all sorts of spinning style videos like the Chris Carmichael CTS sessions, Epic Rides, Spinervals and the Sufferfest. Up until now i've never felt compelled to write a review but the 3LC DVDs have made me actually look forward to an indoor session!!! They're by far the best out there. They're about an hour long with a proper warm up and warm down. They're simple to understand and you can make it as easy or hard as you like depending on what gear or resistance you set. If you want to get serious you can use the RPM figures that they provide to gauge your efforts more. The sessions are incredibly well structured making every minute count. It feels like you have 2 British Cycling coaches in the room! The British (well it's really Manx) banter between the riders makes it fun and the time fly's by. What really sets it's apart is having professional riders there giving you tips and helping with your form on the bike. Not just any pro's either. Mark Cavendish and Olympic Champ Pete Kennaugh from Team Sky so they must be good right? Pretty awesome to have them busting a gut in your living room! I have all 4 in the series and the Sprinting session is my favorite. I'll leave some more reviews soon. Watching Cav sprinting on the turbo makes it far easier for me to dig in! Thank you 3LC for giving us such a unique training aid. In your own words.... SMASH IT!!!
