Hi there.

I am aware that there are some buyers who threaten and use negative f/b to keep an item and then also want a refund, as in my case.

If there is something genuinely wrong I will always put it right.

I am happy with my negatives, it gives me a chance to tell you what the buyer is really like, because you cannot leave a negative for a buyer no matter how devious and troublesome they are. Just look at their history of negatives they leave for others.
