The jeans were pleated and appeared to have been ironed, and bottom of the jeans look like they may have been dragged. There were stains in the rear and pocket area. Inner pocket area has lots of lint and appears to have been worn multiple times. New jeans do not appear like this.

No pride in what they sell, false advertisement, and absolutely no customer service.
