    The product came in the wrong color and I attempted to get the seller's help resolving the situation and got a couple responses but never heard from them again. They even said it was a mixup and wanted me to return the item but couldn't get me a return label for me to do it for free. One of the responses was just asking me to change my negative review to a positive one. Here I am a month later without the right product, no refund, no responses to my messages...

    There was a mixup with the address and my wig was kind of lost, but the seller was quick to respond, friendly, and handled the situation in a timely matter. I was re-sent the wig I wanted and it arrived in great time. The wig itself is lovely, in quality and appearance, definitely worth the price, and I'm very happy with it.
