Sicilian (Italian) Bread Starter from Palermo, Sicily
Nov 20, 2018
Phantastic! Highly recommended!
I bought this starter about 3 or 4 years (or was it 5....?) ago .... the other day my old sourdough starter had given up the ghost, so I had to throw it out ... mixed the Sicilian One with some lukewarm water and some Rye Flour and hey presto, after only three days I now have a lovely fresh, sweet (with a hint of sour, just the way I like it) smelling starter ... and that after several years and instructions lost ... terrific! Keep this one in your larder in case your established starter ever goes off... the dried starter culture will save you a lot of time getting a new freh viable starter going! :-)
OIL PASTEL WOODEN BOX SET - 72 ASSORTED COLOURS - ARTS AND CRAFTS BRAND NEW

lower kiddie grade oil pastels
these are lower grade oil pastels good for school use, but not satisfactory for artist use. They are more wax pastels than oil pastels with white wax bloom evident on the sticks themselves. They are more on the hard, strangely sticky side and in my opinion don´t blend very well. Trying to blend them one ends up with muddy colours .... all in all not recommended for any more seriious art work .... would not buy again ....
