Hi, I didn't realise you were needing any help with the item, in honesty, so i did read your short message ("The product is faulty. Amazon is replacing it out of curtesy") and didn't see that you were looking for help. If you were, I would have reached out straightaway. As we are an Amazon Partner also, they would always replace our items as a matter of course, but we would have done the same, had we been asked.
