Don't listen to guys above, neither one knows the correct wheel assemble
Don't listen to guys above, neither one knows the correct wheel assemble, The other bushing goes on first, flange in bushing guides you to slot side in, then you slide small bushing, skinny side first, into outer bushing. slide plastic washer, then wheel. Simple as can be, nothing moves, wheel and inner assemble frame hold everything in place, no glue, no clamps. Some people can't read or see pictures.
