fragile, slippery and un-repairable, DO NOT use without a case!
The Samsung Galaxy S8 has moderately good capabilities but its wraparound glass screen poses a hazard for falls. After placing it on a shelf, it literally crept towards the edge and fell, cracking the screen. The low friction coating may have made it easier to clean, but also increases the risk that the phone will sneak off any surface it rests on.
I purchased a repair screen and tried to remove the fractured glass cover, but only succeeded in further damaging the display, which no longer responds to any touch gestures. If you buy this model, also protect it in the toughest case available. Otherwise, your phone will probably sneak towards the closest vertical drop it can find, and end up like mine!
