    Ordered a Ducati tail fairing. Didn't get shipped for several weeks. When it arrived, it was missing one of the two parts that make it up. And the paint work was terrible. It looks like it was painted in a dusty dirty environment. There were many blemishes in the paint, with dirt and hairs painted over with clear coat. Tried to get it resolved with the seller, and whilst they responded to messages promptly, they completely ignored what I was saying and kept offering a $10 partial refund.
