After being messed around with delivery losing hours at work while waiting for a bed to not arrive. It finally arrived the bed smelt of damp with multiple brown spots on the fabric. Contacted them and told to clean it. I cleaned it with a carpet cleaner and managed to get the brown spots out leaving the bed in the garden to air to get rid of the damp smell. Contacted them again and told they will compensate for having to clean and air the bed. Still recieved nothing! Stay clear. Have reported

Hi, you received the bed and there were maintaince going in your house, so it was your instructions to leave the bed outside, then you submitted return request and threated to give feedback and asked for £50 which is unfair, the marks on your bed is due to maintaince going in your house. We manufacture these beds and delivered them in flat pack, it's on customer to take care after receiving.

Lovely bed, was exactly what I asked for.
I ordered a solid base and they delivered slats by mistake however they were very apologetic and refunded me the difference.
