It took a week to post the bag with no communication from the seller. When I got the notification of dispatch, I queried this with the seller to get a reason for the delay and advised they had sent it on 48hr recorded delivery. It didn't arrive, and was now too late for when I needed the bag for and I asked to return the bag and get a refund I was refused and told it was my fault for not advising them when I needed the bag by? Very disappointing!
