This product is horrible, only selected channels work. Would not recommend - to start with you get two remote controllers, with a stack of buttons but only 5-10 actually function? The connection is bad, sellers response was that if your internet doesn’t run at a minimum of 170 mps (which most countries cannot reach) he tries to shift the blame on the buyer. When the product only puts out 1080p if that?! Sure my internet can’t support this product but is able to load 4K or 8k at high speeds?

Sorry to receive that feedback. We sell more than 100pcs per day and we don't receive any issues with these devices. Furthermore, we already mentioned that our devices need a minimum of 170mps speed on the product page because the devices contain +20,000 channels around the world. Your problem is your internet not a technical issue with the device. Thanks for your understanding!
