Intel D865GLC RAM and Network
As with most Intel boards this is very good, the upside is 4 RAM slots, the down side is the 100Mbit network, its so hard to find the 1Gigabit versions. This is the last series of board (865 chipset) that handles the Socket 478 CPUs, it would have been nice for intel to have put Gigabit networking as standard, however you need to look at the AA number on the board, AAC28909-406 and up will do Gigabit.
