Hello!! I'm Amy, I'm a remodeling contractor by trade. I own a cleaning company which I'm very passionate about. I also buy storage units, and ALOT of auction items. I plan to open a thrift store by next summer. I will still of course post on on marketplace, and ebay! That being said I don't know much about the history of these items. I try to do my best research before I post them. Most if not all items are tested to the best of my abilities. I'm super easy to work with and am here to please my customers. Was not new by any means. I believe the damage was already done before the seller shipped it to me. There's no good pictures of the fuselage in its entirety. She did suggest a full refund but I clearly stated I don't own a vehicle! I'm also disabled but that's not the point,, I have no one to rely on. So I suggest that the seller refund me just my shipping cost so I could order the materials I needed to fix it. Seller suggested I claim the shipping insurance, so we'll see.

First of all I had discounted this to half off to help you before I shipped. Secondly the item clearly has almost nothing wrong with it. I was uncomfortable doing any more of a discount cause it seems that's what you were looking for. You were threatening me before you even recieved this package cause shipping was not tracking right away. You've been very hard to deal with. And go figure you write something like this. I offered what I could and at this point I'm done dealing with you.

He said it was new and unopened, but the vinyl on the product was unopened. There is no vinyl. Some parts were separated from the runner, and some runners were broken. The vinyl on the outer box was sealed, which is thought to be to deceive into a new product. The vinyl was unopened, so apparently the seller also heard a sound because the parts fell off, but the seller did not notify it. I bought it thinking it was new, but I do not feel good because it is not new. Don't trust this seller.

This product is sealed. And it is new just cause it was broken off the runners doesn't mean anything it is also old and probly has gotten moved around over the years. Also who in there right mind would do this on a 20 dollar item. Sorry but I'm not that desperate for money.
