Seller only marked the item as dispatched 4 days after paying for the item and that was only done after I asked them to do so. They didn't add the tracking info. I asked multiple times for the tracking info, all of which were ignored. Then after 6 days of waiting for the tracking they have issued a refund without even giving me the tracking info to check where it is. They say they are going to "check with the carrier"?? Sounds to me like they've not even sent it, got a better price perhaps?
