it's okay. I've been using it for months. work perfectly, and can keep me warm. but there are only 3 functions. hottest level: it burned my cable so I do not dare to use it anymore. warm level is the only level I'm using and it keep me warm in the weather of 10 celsius. lowest level: not hot also not cold, useless level. wont buy it again
