They indicated problems in the product prior to shipping and allowed me to make a decision for a refund or a replacement. Overall, great service from the seller; they could of just sent me the defective product, but they did not. A+ customer service.

This seller also told me that even if the order did eventually arrive, after the refund, I would not have to return it. (Packaging could be better though. I d suggest wrapping folded garments with tissue to avoid wrinkles, adding cardboard to keep them flat, or using a padded envelope, instead of shipping loose in an oversized bag.)

After 19 days waiting for a shipping notification, I contacted the seller only to be told that the item isn't available for sale anymore. They cancelled the order promptly after the discussion, but I shouldn't have had to wait so long, expecting a purchase that was never coming. As a sincere seller we informed prior to buyer and refund. If I was wrong then we could ship without inform to buyer.But we cant stop buyer for feedback.
