  WOW! i did send 1.9LBS I use the same scale to ship all of my smaller items and the post office has never had to make corrections. I offered this buyer the opportunity to ship the item back for a full refund after they requested a partial refund. How do I know items weren't removed from the bag after the buyer received the item. I am not a liar or a rip off.
