    The product arrived in terrible condition, dirty, with a severe lack of maintenance and a burned-out bulb, very expensive for what it costs.

    The product was clearly labeled as a used lab scope. If we did maintenance and cleaned them that would be a refurbished item which would is selling for twice what this individual paid. These microscopes were close to 10 thousand new. This individual paid $600!! Reached out and offered to pay the cost to replace the bulb, but buyer never responded.
