I read the negative reviews for this seller in advance of the purchase. I emailed the seller about these reviews before I purchased the good telling them that I was concerned about the bad seller rep and asking if they in fact had the item in stock. The seller assured me they had 5 of the items in stock. I trusted them, bought the toy and told my young son I found what he was searching for. After I purchased the good the seller indicated there was a problem with the order. We didn’t get the toy!
