    It is a piece of lab-grade test gear made by a well-known manufacturer and is almost bullet proof. One of the buttons is a bit dodgy but that is to be expected with a 35+ y/o piece of gear. It is in otherwise excellent condition and represents good value IMO. The only quibble I have is that the packaging could be been a bit better. It was wrapped in cardboard and enclosed in a cardboard box. A bit more cushioning would have been nice given the "gentle" way the the postal service handles things.
