    After ordering this game from this seller, I waited and waited and saw all the way up to the delivery date that usps never received the item from them. When I looked up their reviews (which I now know I should've done before ordering) I saw that this is a reoccurring issue with this seller. So I just requested a refund which they issued in a timely manner--therefore, I won't leave negative feedback. However, they did want to insist that it was magically "lost" in the mail.

    I'm sad that the unopened headphones, which I paid quite a bit of money for, arrived from the USA to Europe in a paper envelope. As a collector of items related to the game Battlefield 1, I wanted to display the box, but it arrived in a condition as if it had been trampled by elephants. Does the seller really not have a few cents to pack an item worth dozens of euros in proper packaging that can survive a trip halfway across the world? I'm disappointed, sad, and angry.

    The reason it was sent in an envelope is because the address to which it was sent is in the USA, not Europe. The company in charge of sending it to Europe was in charge of protecting it correctly. It is not my fault that this happened to you, but please understand that my final shipment was in the USA and I had no idea that this product was going to Europe, PLEASE reconsider removing the negative feedback since it is not my fault and it is affecting my sales. thank you
