    Item paid for Aug 8, shipped next day Aug 9 by first class mail. Buyer sent email stating item not received Aug 14. Buyer filed case with eBay Aug 24. I refunded his money (not eBay as buyer states) Aug 26. A total of 18 days, for those familiar with the US postal service, this does unfortunately occur from time to time. I hope he receives the item. Unfortunate that he chose to leave neutral feedback for something that was out of my control.
