Had to buy the part twice because wrong part was shipped. Sent pictures of the received wrong part and the Supplier refused to send me the correct part or a refund until they received the incorrect part back. That took about 2 weeks to get the correct part. Communication was prompt. But the seller put the burden on me (buyer) to buy another part from them, wait to receive that part and expedite packing and shipping the wrong part back before issuing a refund. That's not a good business protocol.
