    The seller and I came to an agreement on a price for some beautiful boots. Happily I received the boots in a very small package only to open the package to find my new boots were smashed/folded and crumpled into a very small shape. I'm a boot lover and boot companies ship in boot size boxes so that boots fit in their normal shape. When I expressed how upset I was about it, the shipper turned it around and said I didn't respect them. CRUMPLED/SHMASED/folded boots sent to me is disrespectful!

    The order was packed with care and respect: each boot in a clear bag, thank-you card included. Boots were folded in half only to reduce shipping size and cost. They are made of sturdy leather and take their normal shape easily, no damage at all. Buyer falsely claimed they were “smashed,” yelled despite my polite explanation and apology, accused me of "stealing the shipping money" despite the proof, and even threatened me with feedback. Rude, aggressive, harassing behavior — reported to eBay.
