  Item was sold as "new" open box, but was obviously used based on print residue/outlines on the glass print bed and old material left on the nozzle. I put it together and it was also missing 2 important screws and a belt tensioning knob. 3 of the 4 bed leveling screws were bent beyond saving so I had to buy my own. Seller said it was open box but didn't mention missing parts. Would have preferred to leave negative feedback but had no desire to first contact the seller. They clearly lied.

  I have been using this product for about 6 years. It is one of the best cleaning products I have found. I just received a new gallon from e-bay, although it was wrapped very well, it had leaked around the opening, and all the packing was soaked. No big deal, I still have plenty to use in the future.
