    The connector was wrong for my PC. I had to splice four super-thin cables in the new fan and solder them to the connector of the fan I was replacing. Someone without soldering skills and several hours to research the different colors of the cables to see what went where would have never made it.

    The item came as described, though I think there was some shipping damage. The computer tech could not get the motherboard functional, but Xu hardware was very willing to help us troubleshoot and refunded without issue.

    We received the motherboard, and while it powers on and works, it does not charge any battery. We tested it with five different batteries, including the original one that was charging properly before we replaced the motherboard. None of them charge with this new board. We are not asking for a refund—we just want a replacement. I’ve already spent extra money trying different batteries, thinking the issue might be with them, but it’s clear now that the problem is with the motherboard. He decline
