    I said: I suppose I'll leave a negative response saying "I got a good price on the item, but it arrived incomplete. I wrote twice, and was offered a return. I asked twice if they could knock off a couple bucks instead and I would modify the item myself, but this is not the deal we made."That's accurate, right? Even if you'd written and said "We offered to take it back: it's that or nothing." I'd think you're jerks, but you'd have fulfilled your obligations. Ghosted this way makes you seem worse
