    Seller communication was excellent; shipping took a little longer than expected. Item was missing latch box illustrated in listing picture, seller offered to mail the missing piece, allow the item to be returned for full refund or accept a partial refund for the missing piece. Seller was unable to find missing piece and provided a partial refund to cover the cost of purchasing a replacement latch box. Other than that, condition of the item was as described by the seller.
