    This feedback was only given because this buyer demanded items be included that were never in any way ever to come with or ever shown or anything! When I simply explained they were never to be and she admitted she made the mistake herself and even saying "I will make sure to do more research on my end next time" then turns it around on me. She could have returned it also. Notice she has ZERO feedback also probably a fake account scammer.

    Quality, brand new, slow cooker crock replacement at a good price. It was packed well and shipped fast. FYI: this was listed as being for the Crock Pot SCR400-SP only but after measurements and much consideration, I took the risk and purchased it to replace the broken crock from my COOK'S ESSENTIALS 4QT slow cooker (Model 99230) and it fits! My lid is 8 1/4" which fits this crock and the crock sits in the outer shell perfectly! Thank you and have a great weekend!
