Paid March 28. Contacted April 13 as no tracking info yet. Rcvd reply on April 14, asked me to cancel my order. says "I am currently facing account verification issues with Payoneer, which has been preventing me from accessing payments over the past few months. Therefore, I have decided to stop selling until the issue can be resolved."
He never contacted me, just held my payment and my item. I asked him to cancel the order, then he ghosted me. Reported to Ebay as violation of policy.

I ordered this watch as a birthday gift 2 months ago and the seller contacted me this morning to let me know it will be shipped soon.
Although I appreciate the communication, I wish they had been in touch earlier. Wasted my 2 months and money on this.

Complete lack of communication. I reached out 2 weeks after I purchased the item, I received a response three days after that, and they never had it available in the first place. Your luck may be better than mine.
