    I am SO sorry for the delay, I wasn't even aware there was a delay until this very moment. I took your shoes to the post office days before the tracking shows they were "accepted" so I can offer no explanation as to why it took them so long. As you may have seen on the news, we've had constant storms here in Central Texas for 2 weeks straight, including devastating flooding. I would imagine that has something to do w/ the post office's delay in getting your shoes to you. My apologies again.
