    quality u-bolts,fair price, but be very aware.......took 9 days to receive!,, i sent a message to the seller inquiring about getting my package moving without any customer service response whatsoever, so in days i sent another message asking if he had interest in responding as customer service??? and in another day or two he responded..... his response was "what is he supposed to do??? sit around looking at his computer waiting for messages!........ do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

    I explained that seller sent the item without the display packaging as advertised so i wanted to return it. I also explained that i should not have to pay for shipping due to their misrepresentation of the item. I returned it and i was charged the shipping! Ebay needs to come down on sellers who do business in this manner, buyer beware!

    They Shipped wrong item. Totally different than what was described. I contacted them and asked for recourse and was willing to work it out with them. None was given. Seller gave me the classic excuses and run around. I was told I am their “ 1% “of fallout so deal with it. Fortunately I have not had to leave negative feedback in a while. They are part of the 1% of sellers that don’t care. I did purchased my correct item from their competition for less price & higher quality cust service.
