USPS. The tracking is just sitting locked between shipped and moving through network, since September 27! Today is Oct. 10. Why burn your bridge with the SELLER of hard to source items by blaming them for something they do not control? Buyer should hope the windmill spring finally arrives as they won't be able to buy another having been placed on our BLOCKED BUYER LIST as a lost item refund won't fix their windmill.
