V disappointed -sad to leave any negative feedback but ordered & paid in good faith for a bed in time for guests - after ordering requested tracking details twice - no response - when item didn’t arrive - contacted again twice - 2 days later they confirmed item wasn’t being sent as on inspection damaged-fair enough-however I then had to request refund twice-when refund still not received contacted eBay for assistance-such a shame as communication is the key-frustration could have been avoided
