The seller send me the wrong 'used' item, dusty rusty junk parts of the PC case. The seller described as new opened box. They did not send me the replacement or the parts return. Rather forced to me to compromise by some discount. It is just an imposition of the seller's convenience not of me. Their advertisement is fake. They will send you used junk.Don't trust this seller.

The package box arrived empty, I contacted the seller and they are not responsible. They tell me that I should make the claim to the shipping company when they are the ones who contracted the shipping, not me Ebay also does not want to take responsibility because in their system they can see that the package arrived to me and they do not care that it was empty.

Tracking confirms the package was picked up from post office July 28 by you. You contacted us 2 week after, claiming the box was empty. In many years of shipping, we’ve never had a carrier deliver an empty box, if a package is damaged or contents removed, the carrier issues a notice. Unfortunately, the late report meant we could not initiate a timely carrier investigation. We recommend reporting any delivery issues immediately so we can assist. We stand by our shipping process.
