  I was charged $4.50 for shipping and the pattern was mailed in an envelope with a 78 cent stamp. When I contacted the seller he said the $4.50 was what I agreed too. I have always been a little wary of shipping prices but even more so lately.

  I explained to buyer package was mailed by a 3rd party when I was sick. Shipping was listed at $4.50 as I always ship insured with tracking. Had I not been incapacitated, package would have shipped USPS Ground Advantage. Would have refunded but buyer would rather leave negative feedback.
