    Quality condition value is five stars shipping and have to give a one my product end up in Texas took forever to get here appearance five stars . would not purchase from the seller again because I messaged the seller about who they use for shipping. They told me they wouldn’t use FedEx and they use the FedEx. They lost a customer.

    If you look at tracking you can see that we did NOT use FedEx. It was not even offered as an option. We explained to the buyer that we used USPS Ground Advantage for this item and we even gave them a small discount. For some reason USPS sent it to PA then TX, then finally to them. It was never in the possession of FedEx. We always honor buyers’ wishes if they have a shipping preference.
